About the Session:
๏ปฟReflecting on our coaching practice supports us to identify much more about our practice than we experienced at the time with our clients. Developing this habit is highly encouraged by coaching bodies like the EMCC.
In a busy world, reflecting on our practice at a deeper level can often be put to the 'bottom of our list' of things to do - yet many experts will advise this practice is essential to support our development as a coach in support of our clients.
In this session, you will be supported to reflect on your practice using a variety of creative ways to support you to create expanded conscious awareness about yourself as a coach by experiencing creative reflective processes and questions.
This experiential session will support you to do your own self reflection as well as connect and support each other.
