The Magic of Coaching Presence

Maria Iliffe-Wood wrote a book about coaching presence in 2013.

Most people write a book about something they are expert in. For Maria, whilst she was already an expert coach, writing the book was the start of a journey into understanding the role of presence in the coaching relationship. In the intervening years, she has explored the subject more deeply and seen the magic that happens when a coach places their trust in this most unfathomable of subjects. As a coach we may never truly understand how presence enables transformation but knowing and trusting that it works can make a huge difference in our work.

In this webinar Maria will talk about how her understanding of presence has deepened her coaching conversations, how that has effected transformation for her clients, and, the icing on the cake, how it has had a profound effect in her own life.
