This month in October, the EMCC Ethics study group has invited Wendy-Ann Smith, to lead us into deeper understanding of coaching and mentoring ethics through being intentional in ethical decision-making, recognise ethical tensions, and apply these skills through practical case studies.


Meeting Agenda:

  1. Increasing self-awareness to recognise ethical tensions and intentional decision making and application of the skills.
  2. Participants will engage in group discussions to deepen their understanding and develop strategies for navigating complex ethical dilemmas.


Guest Speaker Bio

Wendy-Ann Smith is a coaching psychologist. Founder, CEO and principal coaching psychologist at Eclorev a boutique coaching and consulting organisation; Co-founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum; Founder and executive editor of the Journal of Coaching Ethics, Founder and Executive Editor of Ethical Edge Insights, an online magazine for coaches, mentors and leadership. Wendy-Ann has been recognised as one of the top 15 coaches in Paris, France. Her research interests are, how coaches mature, apply ethical practices and coach wellbeing. She regularly coaches a small number of one-to-one clients and delivers workshops. She enjoys supporting the development of coaches through coaching psychology, positive psychology, and increasing ethical awareness in practice.
