About the Session:
DEI remains a key area for improvement for many organisations. Typically it has been left in the hands of internal experts, along with OD and organisational consultants.
However, is there more we can do as coaches and mentors? And if so, what is the work we need do on ourselves and with our peers so we are fully ready?
In this session we will look at the EMCC DEI statement and discuss the implications for working in this field as a coach and mentor. We will discuss:
• What are the unique challenges for DEI in an Asia Pacific context?
• What is the inner work required to be fully ready to coach around DEI in our region?
• What aspects of DEI generate either tension or uncertainty for you, and how you conduct your work? What can you do about this?
• What is the work we can do collectively as peers, to deliver a sustainable shift in DEI across our region?
