Global Code of Ethics is an initiative started by EMCC Global and Association for Coaching to support excellence in coaching, mentoring and supervision and have wider impact through ethical decision makings.

With a diverse background from from Language & Linguistics to MBA Marketing and People Development, Maria's lived experiences have shaped her understanding of the world.
For more than 20 years Maria has worked in multinational organizations and Banks as a Strategic Marketing Manager with extensive experience in setting up new companies and managing complex business and organisational issues. She defines herself as a real problem solver, innovative and resilient with strong emphasis on ethics, intelligent thinking and results that comes through a deep understanding of human behaviours, motives, personalities and systems. Maria combines Consulting and Coaching together with advanced analytical and synthetic thinking to achieve rapid progression.
