Join EMCC Asia Pacific and Prof. Philippe Rosinski, MCC, for learning how intercultural coaching can promote unity, sustainable performance, creativity, fulfilment and purpose.
You will be able to experiment with the COF assessment, to discover your current cultural preferences and developmental opportunities for making the most of cultural diversity. The COF provides a vocabulary to understand cultural variations in how we communicate, manage time, organise ourselves, think, define our identity, and more generally engage in our various activities. The COF assessment can be applied at multiple interconnected levels: individual development, team development, organisational development, and societal progress.
