Becoming a mother is a major life transition. It impacts on all areas of life, personally and professionally: affecting wellbeing, confidence and impacting on a woman's career development. Coaching interventions are successful in helping women and their managers navigate and thrive through the transition.

This webinar will explore the current lived experience in the workplace for pregnant women and returning mums. Emma will share her coaching framework and case studies, showing how coaching is successfully helping women return to work and continue their career development, while feeling positive and engaged. Organisations also reap the rewards, moving towards a culture which retains women and removes barriers preventing mothers rising to senior levels.
