About the Session:

Self-awareness is at the core of successful coaching; allowing the coach to build an authentic relationship with their coachees from which to explore different perspectives that may enable the latter to reach their outcomes. But what does self-awareness mean from the perspective of mindfulness and how does this practically help coaches in their sessions? And what is 'mindfulness' anyway?


Agenda:

This 90-minute workshop looks at 'three mindful keys' to self-awareness and explores how these keys can help you better understand yourself to support your clients. The workshop includes mindfulness practices that you can take-away and keep practicing at home. The workshop will also include a short introduction to the upcoming 8-week Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) programme developed by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.
