Maggie coaches professional women specialising in supporting them through pre and post- retirement years. She understands that the challenges which accompany change can sometimes be difficult and especially around retirement. She is a qualified professional coach and studied at the University of Cambridge while also working as an Agony Aunt on a leading national newspaper – a role she held for 25+ years. She has also been a Company Director of her family global import/export business. She is trained in counselling skills and specifically, family dynamics and relationship issues, domestic violence, abuse, and addictions. She has a wealth of experience in advice giving, experience of manning national phone-in's and generating audience participation for an early morning national TV programme.
As a business owner she has a sound understanding of the highs and lows of running a sole trader business, and has experience in retail, wholesale, transport, and handling finance.
Maggie is creative, she enjoys the painting and study of botanical art. She likes to bring that creativity into her coaching in order to create a fun as well as safe environment to build rapport and trust within the relationship.
Neeharika Shetty

Neeharika is based in Bangalore and currently works with WisdomCircle, an early-stage start-up that connects experienced retired professionals, who are typically over 50, to meaningful work opportunities that leverage their lifetime of wisdom and experience.
As a part of the founding team of WisdomCircle, she manages Business and Operations for the AgeTech platform, ensuring that there is a wide variety of opportunities always available for retired professionals to take up.
In the past, she worked with The/Nudge Institute, enabling talent to solve critical development sector problems. Before that she was a Senior Specialist for Leadership Advisory with Egon Zehnder. In her career, she has worked closely with senior leadership teams of all kinds of companies across all sectors, helping them with all their people and culture related challenges.
Neeharika has an M.Sc. in Organisational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics, and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College. Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, and growing her knowledge and collection of sarees.
