Mark has worked as a full time executive coach for the past 14 years. He has extensive experience working with C suite and MD level leaders in helping them expand their capacity to lead complex international businesses. Mark has coached over 350 individual leaders & over 40 teams in 14 different countries.
Prior to coaching, Mark succeeded in a number of different leadership challenges through his career, including 20 years in Financial Services leading newly formed business units or helping to re-generate existing businesses through innovative product initiatives. He is also a proven entrepreneur, having started 4 businesses in 3 countries.

More recently, Mark has joined the faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching. In this capacity he develops external and internal executive and team coaches across Asia Pac. He is a strong supporter of D&I and holds a belief in the capacity of all leaders to fully respect diversity whilst maintaining their own authenticity . He is also a 4th year student of Psychodrama, and bring this into his work with individuals, teams and groups.

Donna is Managing Director of Creating Communities, Australia’s foremost strategic advisory firm specialising in social value and impact. In this role she has pioneered approaches to improve socio-economic outcomes throughout urban and remote Australia. Donna has comprehensive corporate and not-for-profit governance experience having served on boards for 30 years. She is currently Chair of World Vision International Board and a non-executive director of World Vision Australia. She has lectured in intercultural management and strategic planning in Tunisia, Equador, the USA and Australia and led governance Peer Reviews for World Vision in Tanzania, Kenya, Haiti and Japan. Donna is also an accomplished filmmaker.

In 2020, Donna was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to children through an international humanitarian organisation. Donna was also awarded the PLC Perth Inspiring Service Old Collegians June Jones award in 2020. Donna holds a Masters in International Administration from the School for International Training in Vermont, USA. Her past board roles include: the Envirodevelopment Board for the Urban Development Institute of Australia WA, University of Western Australia Extension, Southern Arc, Ausdance WA, Chrissie Parrot Dance Collective, and the Independent Filmmakers Association.

She and her husband Allan Tranter live in Perth, Western Australia, they have three children, nine grandchildren and another on the way. Donna and Allan are members of St Philip’s Anglican Church, Cottesloe.

Mr. Anthony Teo was the Founder Secretary to the University, a member of the “Troika-in-Cabinet” and Advisor to the President’s Office at Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTU), instrumental in setting the foundation to the university’s QS Global rising from 75 to the present 11th.

A Harvard MBA intrigued by the making of great universities-institutions and the evolution of universities-cities, he chaired the inaugural conference on “Univer-Cities 2013” as Convenor-Editor, which culminated to the publication of the series, “Univer-Cities Volume I-IV”.

He was also the “Conference Provost” for HBS Global Leadership Forum in pre-handover “Hong Kong’97” and post-WTO “Shanghai’04”with a combined global delegates of 1000 CEOs, setting a new gold standard on such fora.

Conferred a “Chevalier of the French Order of the Palmes Académiques”, Anthony’s commitment to generativity in the area of education continues with the “Lee-Teo Gold Medal and Scholarships for Neuvo Economics’, a jointly endowed S$350,000 in perpetuity at his alma mater National University of Singapore (NUS).

Anthony is currently the Adjunct Professor at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Ivan is passionate about social justice, having initiated various global social responsibility programs with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) as the Head of Global Social Responsibility Initiatives and Founding VP of Social Responsibility Initiatives Asia Pacific Region. He is also an official mentor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for the past 9 years.
