Dr Rachel Hawley is a researcher, storyteller, and relational coach. She specialises in leadership and cultivating relational and collaborative practice and education in the healthcare sector.
She was awarded a Doctorate in Professional Studies for a piece of research on ‘relational leadership in the NHS: how healthcare leaders identify with public engagement’ (2021) and Nursing Times Awards finalist (2022). She is co-author of the award-winning book, Values and Ethics in Coaching and has written several book chapters and articles on aspects of coaching ethics through multiple lenses.

Dr Ioanna Iordanou is a Reader in Human Resource Management (Coaching and Mentoring) at Oxford Brookes Business School, where she is an active member of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies. She is the co-author of the award-winning book Values and Ethics in Coaching (Sage, 2017) and co-editor of The Practitioner’s Handbook of Team Coaching (Routledge, 2019).
