Team Coaching, the process, the products and the possibilities

Dawn will take attendees through her process and methodology for team coaching working through the phases of:

• Entry and contracting
• Data gathering and diagnosis
• Feedback and intervention
• Review and exit

Describing her use of STELLAR TEAM® maturity matrix to enable teams to create a goal for their team coaching, naming where they are beginning and whether they want to progress, and she will cover the other products, exercises and theories she relies upon when working with teams.

Dawn will pose some questions about the future possibilities for team coaching and whether it threatens the future of leadership development as we know it, or whether the two can and should co-exist.
