Tatiana is an Certified Executive Coach specialized in leadership development, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, change management and communication with a global perspective and strong business experience, international business trainer, and mentor. An exceptional HR professional with extensive knowledge and experience in developing people, teams, and companies, her work has been deeply informed by 12 years spent working in international organizations at different levels of strategic management, by her academic career in the management field, and living in various countries. Also Certified StandOut Strengths Coach, she is fascinated by development of individuals, teams, and leaders in discovering and achieving what is most important for them and the Organizations they work for.
Tatiana has been academically engaged in ethics in the coaching field for several years and did a comparison of ethical codes of different coaching associations for her PhD.
